A client contacted me here through Houzz. We met in her home for an initial design consultation and later started to work on her guest suite.
The home is a contemporary Blue Heron built, dressed in my clients style. Lots of art throughout her home inspired me to design this guest suite.
The ultimate goal was to create a classy, timeless, warm and welcoming space for her guests, new grand daughter and herself as she gets older. We built our color palette around this gorgous Brazilian Sapphire Green Quartzite.

Old Vegas becomes Mid-century modern of today

Clients purchased an old Vegas gem that was stuck in 1985, and took on immense renovation while still living out of town. After their major renovation was completed, they started interviewing local interior designers and at very end of 2019 landed with me. 
My job was to incorporate color, create mid-century modern vibe but still keep it welcoming and comfortable for them and their beautiful cat. 
Starting point for color palette were two beautiful paintings they have owned and a few antique furniture pieces. We styled home with a personable items from client travels.

Piccole Ranch Transformation

Clients contacted me via Houzz sometime in October of 2019. Right after our initial meeting we took off and started their major renovation in January of 2020. Entire renovation took 3 months, while they were living away and some time into Covid-19 shutdown. Contractors that made our vision reality were all Sandra's contacts. We were lucky to order materials and most of the goods that were arriving from Europe right away in January.
This project was a real testament of how communication between client and designer, and contractors and designer should be. Good vibrations and synergy from start to finish. Suggestions and decisions were like one. 
Interior design part of the project was completed on hourly/consulting basis.

This fabulous project was all done in 2020 during Covid-19 pandemic via eDesign Package/In-Person Consulting and Text Messaging Hourly.
Various trades were involved to make this happen. All of the furniture, lighting, most of the accessories and wallpaper were purchased online.

This house was designed very closed off, disfuncional and dark. It had beautiful bones that needed adjustment and we succeded. 
We created a forever home for clients that were thinking of maybe reseling after renovation.

Client contacted me through Houzz after seeing some of my projects and falling in love with the "orange bird" wallpaper I have used in one of my e-design projects. They just completed their big renovation with another interior designer and felt like something was missing. They are people of style that needed a little direction. After seeing my profile client said, she liked that I showed "real homes where people actually lived in". We completed the project through combination of in person consulting and e-design service.

Power of your One time Consultation

Lot of times clients are hesitant and unsure of the value they will get, with one time consultation. This project pictured bellow is the greatest proof of what one time interior consultation can do for you. 
In a single session we were able to solve my clients dilemma, of what to do with their dated fireplace and the kitchen. This client added few additional hours of my sourcing for the right furniture and accessories. I have shared some trade contacts with them to make my vision reality and clients did some amazing DIY's, like those fabulous dark gray doors.

The Bluffs Bachelor Pad Consulting

This home was featured on HGTV Property Brothers Forever Home Season 1 Episode 5, 2019 as inspiration home.
Client contacted me here through Houzz in 2018. He just moved into his new Blue Heron home and furnished it with some of RH pieces but his space was still feeling flat. We worked on hourly basis sourcing for the right pieces to dress his space and make it inviting but still modern and comfy for a bachelor.
In the midst of all, home had to be listed for sale, so it didn't get completed.
Before and after photos of this project show how important light fixtures, the right furniture pieces, and art are for the home to feel curated and unique.

20 year old home builder grade kitchen cabinets can be repainted for a quick fix but everything is better with cabinets of today. Fully custom made kitchen allows you to use every square inch of the space for maximal storage and function.

We purchased a home that was untouched since it was built in 1994. We loved the bones but had to make it our own with only "some" structural changes.

Country Rose Estates Refacing

Client contacted me through Houzz and asked to collaborate on hourly consulting basis. They were already in the process of refacing existing kitchen doors and drawers. 
Major goal was bring home up to date, keeping the rooms as they are but making them kid-friendly all around, comfortable and usable.
I helped with selecting, paint colors, flooring, moldings, fixtures, rugs, and some furniture pieces. Home was styled with clients accessories. 
Window coverings and more furniture pieces will be part of their second phase.
