Henderson Grand Legacy Sold In 1 Day

This home sat on the market for ten months. Client purchased it and hired me to help her bring it to date. She wanted fun and color. Phase one of the project was creating third bedroom, fully renovating two and a half bathrooms, kitchen demo, and many more things. Just when we started second phase of dressing the space, clients life turned around and house had to be put up for sale. IT SOLD IN 1 DAY!!!
